Cutting Instructions
1
Load the Mounted Deer Head (Cut & More) file into your cutting machine’s software. The large size has 5 separate cutting files, and the small size has 2 separate cutting files. These are labeled with “A”, “B”, “C”, etc.. Make sure not to resize these designs, as the width of the slots is specific to 2mm thick material.
2
Proceed in the design software until the first file appears and is ready to be cut. Center the design in the 11” by 11” cutting area within your software. Make sure that your cutting machine has the appropriate attachment equipped to cut 2mm thick material (not all machines have this feature).
3
Place the first piece of heavy chipboard onto the adhesive mat. Center the chipboard in the middle of the mat, leaving 1/2” of space between the edges of the chipboard and the outer edges of the mat grid. Then, use masking tape along each outer edge of the chipboard to secure it to the mat.
4
Cut out the first set of pieces. Carefully remove the tape and pieces.
5
Repeat the steps to cut out all pieces for the Mounted Deer Head.
