Whether you are planning New Year's Eve celebrations, or decorating for an anniversary, birthday, or other fun event, this garland is perfect for DIY photo booths, room decor, and more. Simply cut each piece of this design out of cardstock (we recommend using 65 lb. or heavier), then use a sewing machine to stitch the pieces along a strand of thread. If you don't have a sewing machine, you can also use tape or glue to attach the stars and dots to your ribbon of choice. We used metallic thread for an extra shimmering effect.
