Use your cutting machine's blade tool to cut out each cardstock shape, fold the card and lining piece in half, then attach both to the top of a clear plastic goodie bag using a stapler.  We recommend using 65 lb. cardstock or heavier for best results. This design includes scoring lines that can be used with your cutting machine's scoring/embossing tool to create a fold (here's how).
